I have been thinking about this matter of the laws affecting our bodies, the matter of cleanliness and the ritual as well as spiritual cleanliness and how we inherit from our parents their DNA. If we apply the fact that progress happens in the soul, the mind, the understanding or the heart and at last manifests in the physical reality which in the case of laws would be the manifestation on our bodies of applying the laws of Allah and then if we go deeper and look into our cells and our DNA and the studies that have been done on water by a Japanese scientist which show that every word spoken can affect the formation of water. How then does it affect our DNA and our cells. If we go further and understand that our children inherit our blood or build their body by the milk of the mother which also carries DNA and that the child is developed in the womb of the mother with the blood as its nutrition. Then every thought of the mother and the father especially their habits are inherited in the children. Ok so this is not so new or surprising, but then lets consider that the formation of a child's body such as flat feet, blindness, mental disabilities (the list goes on) becomes the physical manifestation of the parents behaviors and mental patterns.
So while we do not exactly inherit the sins of our parents, the effects of their thoughts and actions affect children on a physical level if those though processes and actions have been carried through the family for at least 2 generations.
...Points to ponder. Perhaps basic but nonetheless everything matters.
